| The Connacht Rugby Development Office are planning to host end of season meetings in 5 venues across the province. The primary focus of the meetings will be finding solutions to the issues raised in the Age Grade Research Questionnaires with regard to player retention. The agenda for the meetings are as follows:
- Introduction (5mins)
- Presentation of questionnaire results (10mins)
- Workshop 1 – Competition Structures (15mins)
- Workshop 2 – Social Rugby / Fun in the Game (15mins)
- Workshop 3 – Club Structures (15mins)
- Workshop 4 – Work / College Commitments (15mins)
- Open Forum – Season Feedback (10mins)
- Conclusion – AOB (5mins)
