| Women's Open Day a Success | |||||

 The Connacht Open day held last Saturday was a great success, with about 30 girls taking part. Players from Tuam, UCG, Galwegians, and youths from Buccaneers and Clifden took part in the hour and a half session that was held on the Astro turf in the Sportsground. Lyndon Jones took the session, and is looking forward to selecting the teams that will be playing 2 Penn State sides next week. This Friday’s half time show, when Connacht host Dragons, will see girls’ youths teams Ballina and Westport battle it out, with minis of all ages also invited to take part.
