Galwegians RFC have announced a star studded coaching team for the U21 side for the coming season. Greg Payne steps up from the U18's to head a team which includes international Gavin Duffy and Connacht stalwart Michael Swift.

Duffy, capped 6 times, for Ireland is in his second year with U20 having come in last season. A native of Ballina he is an ever present in the Connacht side. Swift who originally joined Galwegians in 1998 is now Connacht longest serving current player with and will celebrate 10 years with the province this season.

Galwegians promoted no fewer than five under-20 players to the AIB league during last season and believe that having quality coaching at that level has made this possible.
